PERSISTENCE, PASSION, STRATEGIC ANALYSIS & INNOVATIVE LITIGATION STRATEGIES

ACHIEVING RESULTS

BREACH OF CONTRACT
CONTROVERSIES

Contractual disputes often end up in Court. The "fine print" can make the difference in a serious legal arena which is often like a chess match. Employing thoughtful legal strategy and common sense, Mr. Chester litigates commercial and contract disputes. He takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Business litigation can take many forms. Mr. Chester represents parties involved in complex disputes involving a number of causes of action, including, but not limited to fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, civil theft, unjust enrichment and deceptive and unfair business practices.

INSURANCE DEFENSE & COVERAGE CASES

Ranging from simple whiplash to brain damage and wrongful death cases, he has gone to many verdicts in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. He also works to avoid litigation in global settlement conferences.

PUBLIC INTEREST & COMMUNITY ADVOCACY

FRAUDULENT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

Purchasing a residential or commercial property is serious business. Purchasers have the right to be informed about what the owner knows about non-disclosed and hard to identify physical defects, such as intentionally concealed structural cracks, latent problems, uneven floors, improper maintenance affecting structural integrity and ignored significant concrete spalling. Fraudulent concealment in real estate transactions can cost you money and resources. It can imperil safety and lead to liability for innocent purchasers. Our office is here to work to make things right.

COMMITTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY

Mr. Chester has a demonstrated record to further affordable and emergency housing, disaster relief and climate literacy. As a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates Fort Lauderdale Chapter, he has focused on technical and virtual responses to COVID-19 challenges as a part of his continuing dedication to the Seventh Amendment of the United States Constitution and the Judicial System. In 2022, he was awarded the first Mitchell A. Chester Community Service Award by ABOTA Fort Lauderdale.
